Nicolette’s Story
Nicolette grew up in St. Louis and moved to Denver in 2015, one week after graduating University of Missouri. She knew immediately her soul belonged in Colorado, shortly after coming here on her senior spring break. She’s worked in cannabis and in tech, but would rather spend her time on river, in the mountains, or at a concert.
Jesse’s Story
Jesse grew up in Pocahontas County, West Virginia and moved to Colorado in 2006. He worked for many years as a raft guide throughout the mountain towns of Colorado before moving to Boulder to study business at CU. Since finishing graduate school he has lived in Denver and worked in the cannabis industry in Colorado.
Our Story
We met in 2016 in the cannabis industry, when Nicolette took a tour of the facility Jesse was working at. That chance encounter turned into a business coffee meeting, which turned into a personal coffee meeting after 4 hours, which turned in into concert or two, and almost 10 years later, here we are! Some of our favorite things as a couple include live music, being outdoors (especially white water rafting and skiing), live music, hosting parties for our friends, and cuddling with our dog, Sprout 🌱
